Warranty Information

LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

SmartRest warrants its product for one year from the date of purchase against any defects in material or workmanship.  This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from misuse or neglect.  We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the product should we determine it to be defective. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liability limited to the purchase price of the product. SmartRest shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or any implied warranty on the product.  You may have other specific legal rights which vary by jurisdiction.

REPLACEMENT PARTS

As a courtesy to our customers, SmartRest provides free replacement parts within 2 year of the purchase date for most of our models.  Please contact support with your request.

HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To file a warranty claim, please use our support form.  We will respond within a few hours.

Depending on the issue, and to verify the claim, you may be asked to return the item to SmartRest (at your expense), or we might ask you for evidence of the defect through a photograph to expedite the warranty claim process.

If a warranty claim is denied, we'll notify you and provide an explanation of our decision.
